1. The Service

aipdf lets you describe a document and use AI to generate, edit and export it (PDF, EPUB, PPT, Word), and to work with existing documents. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity on your account. You must not share access that lets free users, quotas or other limits be bypassed.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI generation services you enable.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, or to generate misleading, defamatory or infringing content.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, overburden or disrupt the Service.
• You must not infringe third-party rights or scrape or replicate the Service.

5. Plans, payments & quota

Features and limits depend on your plan. Fees are set out at sign-up. Free plans include a limited number of AI generations and may include a logo watermark. Paid plans renew according to your chosen billing cycle unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content & disclaimer

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it, including its accuracy and compliance with any law or professional standard. AI output is provided without warranties. See our Disclaimer for full detail.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software, design and branding. We do not claim ownership of the documents you create.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms, or as required by law.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or for content generated by you. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms, and material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by applicable law in our jurisdiction; disputes will be resolved by the competent courts. Contact us for any questions.
